SAF testing capabilities
Intertek provides testing services across the SAF value chain. Support can be provided at any point across the chain, from fully project managed services for bespoke research and development testing of materials such as bio-crudes, to finished specification testing. Intertek’s specialists can assist clients to determine the content of sustainable intermediates and the products they may produce.
In addition, full Jet A/Jet A1 and SAF/SATF specifications such as ASTM D4054, DEF STAN 91-091, ASTM D1655 or ASTM D7566 are delivered from Intertek Caleb Brett’s Centre of Excellence for sustainable fuel based in West Thurrock, Essex, United Kingdom.
Biogenic Carbon Content (Carbon-14) testing is also available, fully accredited to ISO17025.
